Notice of Resignation, and Appointment of Replacement Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that John Anthony Waller has resigned from the office of the receiver and manager of the receivership company with effect from 22 December 2008.
And take notice that Covenant Trustee Company
Limited has exercised its power to appoint a replacement
receiver and manager of the receivership company and appointed Maurice George Noone, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland, to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of the receivership company from 22 December 2008.
The appointment of Maurice George Noone is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland and is in place of the appointment of John Anthony Waller who has, as above, vacated office as receiver and manager of the receivership company.
