Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 9, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
11 September 2008, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of G T RIGGING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of February 2004.
That appointment ceased with effect from 29 December 2008, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
