Notice of Resignation, and Appointment of Replacement Joint and Several Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that John Anthony Waller has resigned from the office of the receiver and manager of the receivership companies with effect from 22 December 2008.
And take notice that Perpetual Trust Limited has exercised its power to appoint a replacement receiver and manager of the receivership companies and appointed Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Christchurch, to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of the receivership companies from 22 December 2008.
The appointment of Malcolm Grant Hollis is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Maurice George Noone, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland, and is in place of the appointment of John Anthony Waller who has, as above, vacated office as receiver and manager of the receivership companies.
