Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
and Manager
The Receiverships Act 1993
Gordon Lewis Hansen hereby gives notice that on
16 December 2008, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Cabellos Holdings Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 10th day of June 2005.
The appointment replaces Michael John Keyse and Neville Petrie Fagerlund who have ceased to act as receivers and managers.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company's undertakings and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
