Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of NINOX TELEVISION LIMITED on the two dates stated:

Under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 28th day of November 2006.

Under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 24th day of May 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
