Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Kim Rowland Powell and Mary Bayne, of EDX Limited, give notice that we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of THE JOINERY PEOPLE LIMITED on 27 February 2009 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 6th day of December 2005.
The Property in Receivership Comprises: All present and after acquired property of the company.
