Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 February 2009, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of PARNELL STORAGE HOLDINGS LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of December 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
