Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
21 March 2006, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of TUATARA JEWELLERY LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 15th day of July 2005.
That appointment ceased with effect from 20 February 2009 at 8.30am, the receivers having realised and/or assigned to the general security agreement holder all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
