Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bryan Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers Auckland, were appointed receivers of the above-named companies on 23 February 2009 under the terms of general security agreements over the whole of the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
