Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 17 February 2009, we, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, of BDO Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint
receivers of income of the properties of TAKAPUNA BEACH INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the company”) at
53 and 55 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, being more particularly described in Computer Freehold Register NA186/46 and NA15D/1098 (North Auckland Registry) (“the property”) and all rights attaching to the property and to exercise all other powers which a receiver may exercise under the mortgage, under any of the facility terms (as defined in the mortgage) or by the Receiverships Act 1993.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
