Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Christopher Robert Ross Horton, of Horton Price Limited, was appointed as receiver and manager of AUCKLAND FILM INSTITUTE LIMITED on 17 December 2008, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of October 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
