Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2009, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all
present and after acquired personal property of RAJENDRA RANCHHOD, pursuant to the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 18th day of July 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property and all other property of
the debtor.
