Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 30 January 2009, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 12th day of December 2006 appointed Richard Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton Wellington, Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
