Colin Thomas McCloy and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of Plant Hire NZ Limited (in receivership) on
30 January 2009, under the terms of a security agreement giving the secured party a security interest in all of the assets and undertakings of the company.
