Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 December 2009, Andrew John Hawkes and Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of GRACELINC LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th
day of June 2009, which property consists of all present
and after-acquired property including personal property and estates and interest in land, whether tangible or intangible.
