Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 8 December 2009 I, Brenda Karen Hodgetts, was appointed by Asset Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 2nd day of May 2006, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
