Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 9 December 2009, Dennis John Wood and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 26th day of November 2008, which property consists of the meaning ascribed to that term in the general security agreement.
