Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2009, Gregory Paul Spicer, chartered accountant, and Catherine Ruth McCreedy, both insolvency practitioners, of Levin, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the above-named companies under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 16th day of February 2006, given by those companies to Beta Pacifica Corporation Limited (by assignment).
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
