Notice of Resignation, and Appointment of Replacement Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that Anthony David Kenneth Boswell has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of the receivership company with effect from 27 January 2009.
And take notice that UDC Finance Limited has exercised
its power to appoint a replacement receiver and manager of the receivership company and appointed Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Christchurch, to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of the receivership company from 27 January 2009.
The appointment of Malcolm Grant Hollis is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland, and is in place of the appointment of Anthony David Kenneth Boswell who has, as above, vacated office as receiver and manager of the receivership company.
