Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 4 December 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of INSIGNIA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 12th day of August 2008, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
