Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that Anthony David Kenneth Boswell has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of the companies with effect from 27 January 2009.
And take notice that Colin Thomas McCloy and David Blanchett continue to act as joint and several receivers and managers of the receivership companies.

of the receivership companies is at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 3, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton.
