Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 26 November 2009, Clive Ashley Johnson was appointed receiver and manager under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 21st day of August 2008 to act as receiver and manager of all the company's real and personal property and all its assets
and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
