Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 18 November 2009, Boris van Delden and Roy Horrocks, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the property of TUI STAR HOLDINGS (NZ) LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 13th day of March 2009, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property and all present and future rights in relation to any personal property.
