Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 16 November 2009 at 4.35pm, the shareholders
of ADHESION SEALING LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Hudson Biggs, of Keogh McCormack Limited, and Trevor Laing, of Trevor Laing & Associates, as joint liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 16 December 2009.
