Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 November 2009 at the times stated:

(in liquidation) at 10.45am.
- MONRAD LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.
- UNIMA GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.58am.
- TWIN PINES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.05am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 January 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
