Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 25 November 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated
and that Pat Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, be appointed liquidator.
These liquidations commenced on 25 November 2009 at 4.25pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named companies has fixed 25 January 2010, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
