Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of ROD PERCIVAL BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 27 November 2009 at 9.30am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 21 December 2009, as the last day on
or before which the creditors of ROD PERCIVAL BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
