Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WAINUI TRUST TRUSTEE LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the
Companies Act 1993, on 18 November 2009 to be put
into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 November 2009 at 10.45am.
