Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that DISTINCTIVE MENSWEAR LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 2 November 2009 at 2.00pm.
