Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
On 17 November 2009 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NZC LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 23 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
