Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company's minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:

JACKS MOTOR COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 4.00pm.
This appointment replaces that of David Thomas who was appointed on 2 October 2009 and vacated on 23 November 2009.
