Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of JOUER MONEY LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
23 November 2009 at 10.28am.
We fix 23 February 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
