Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 November 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that VINTARA LIMITED be liquidated and that Robert Douglas Campbell, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 November 2009.
