Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 233(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
The directors of MBAB LIMITED (in liquidation) wish to voluntarily liquidate the company as a result of selling the business and the company being surplus to requirements.
Glenn Eric Hunter was appointed liquidator by a special resolution of shareholders passed at a meeting of the shareholders held on 19 November 2009.
The appointment commenced on 19 November 2009 at 2.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as the liquidator of the company,
I hereby fix 27 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, to object to the distribution and liquidation process.
