Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 November 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to
section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that VVR ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton, chartered accountant of SME Financial Limited, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
It was also resolved that at date of commencement of liquidation, the company would be able to pay its debts.
The liquidation commenced on 17 November 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that the liquidator of VVR ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS LIMITED has confirmed 17 December 2009, as the day on or before
which the creditors of the company are to make their
claims and to establish any priority their claims may
have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to
be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
