Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of POLARIS INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the company was placed into liquidation on 16 November 2009 at 10.38am, with the appointment of Scott Greer as liquidator for the company.
The liquidator fixes 24 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
