Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stewart Allan Stanley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator
of NICHOLAS PROPERTIES LIMITED on 17 November 2009 at 3.00pm, at which date and time the liquidation commenced, by a special resolution of the members of NICHOLAS PROPERTIES LIMITED.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company's solvency and, accordingly, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
