Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter William Byers, chartered accountant of Byers & Co Limited, was appointed liquidator of OKURATOPE FARMS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 12 November 2009 at 4.00pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
11 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
