Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 November 2009 at 10.15am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of HI-CALIBRE COMPOSITES NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 23 December 2009, as the last day on which any creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
