Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 November 2009 at the times stated:
- MARTELLI ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.49am.
- 27 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.52am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 25 January 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
