Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of ACE INDUSTRIES LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 November 2009 at 10.30am.
We fix 12 February 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
