Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidation commenced on 5 November 2009 at 3.30pm.
The liquidator does hereby fix 30 November 2009, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
