Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 November 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MATT MARTIN FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 November 2009.
