Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 12 November 2009 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of MARTON LEE FURNITURE LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 14 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

The purchaser of the business, trading as MARTON LEE DEFINE YOUR SPACE, is in no way connected to the company in liquidation. That business continues to operate and is not affected by the liquidation.
