Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

I, Brian Soutar, have been appointed as liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on 9 November 2009 at 10.15am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of AHAH LIMITED, I fix 9 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
