Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that AMERICAN MARINE HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 October 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 October 2009 at 11.00am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 27 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
