Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R H T HOLDINGS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2009 at 10.40am.
We fix 23 November 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
