Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

John David Naylor, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, was appointed as liquidator of PETER AND JAN MURPHY HOLDINGS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 October 2009, the date that the liquidation commenced.
