Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 October 2009 at the times stated:

? KHYBER PASS BUSINESS CENTRE LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.01am.
? K B TRAFFIC CONTROL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.05am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 30 November 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
