(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 October 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2009 at 10.52am.
